We work closely with our advert providers to make sure we only show adverts that are appropriate for all ages. However, if you see any adverts that don't align with SEGA's family friendly values, please let our support team know so we can review it. When messaging our team about adverts, please include the following information:
- The country in which you were located when you saw the advert.
- The make and model of the device you were using when you saw the advert.
- The type of advert: was it a small banner advert at the bottom of the screen? A full screen popup? A video you watched to earn something in game?
- The name of the product or app the advert was recommending.
- If possible, please also take a screenshot of the advert and include it in your message.
The best way to contact our support team is by using the "Support" button in the game, which you can find by opening the Settings menu, and selecting the Support tab.
