Please submit a support request and we will look into the problem. Be sure to include:
- The Account ID of the Sonic Forces account that you made the purchase on. This can be found in the game by opening the settings menu and selecting the support tab. Your Account ID is shown at the bottom right of this screen.
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt emailed from Apple or Google. Make sure that the order number is clearly visible.
- The email address associated with that Apple, Google, Amazon, or Samsung account.
- A brief description of when the problem occurred, the item you tried to purchase, and any other information you think is relevant.
The best way to contact our support team is through the game: open the settings menu, select the Support tab, then tap the "Support" button to get in touch. Submitting a request this way means that we will have some extra information that will help us investigate your issue.
