The easiest way to request the deletion of your Sonic Forces data is to contact SEGA’s support team though the game:
- Open the Sonic Forces app
- From the main menu, tap the Cog icon at the top right
- Select the “Support” tab
- Tap the “Support” button. An email will appear with information pre-filled.
- At the bottom of this email, add a message like “I would like to delete my Sonic Forces data”.
- Click the send button to send the email to our support team. They will review your message and get back to you with the next steps in the process.
We strongly recommend using the method above to contact our team if possible. However, if this really isn’t possible you can also contact our support team from this support site, although please be aware that requesting a deletion using this method will still require you to provide some information you’ll need to find in your game:
- At the top of this page, click the “Submit a request” button.
- A form will appear. Fill in as much information as possible; the more information you provide here, the faster the team will be able to process your request.
- In the Description field, clearly state your request; for example: “I wish to delete my data in Sonic Forces”
- Click the “Submit” button at the bottom to send your request. Our support team will review it, and get back to you with the next steps in the process.
